Joel Alleyne<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Joel is President, Alleyne Inc., and Chairman Crucible International Inc. which have recently joined Abraxas International. He recently completed a seven year term working on contract as the National Chief Information and Knowledge Officer (CIO\/CKO) for the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Prior to forming Crucible he was Chairman and CEO, GSA Consulting Group Inc. He was also a partner with BDO Management Consulting and the National Director of Computer Services for BDO Ward Mallette, a public accounting firm. Mr. Alleyne has held consulting positions with Touche Ross & Partners and Quasar Systems Ltd., and systems development positions with IBM Canada Laboratories where he was involved in the development of software products for the banking industry.<\/p>

Joel holds a Masters of Information Studies and BSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, and is currently completing a PhD in Information and Knowledge Management, also at Toronto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Norman Dash<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mr. Dash has held senior IT management positions in private consulting, medium to large size Canadian and Global Organizations over a period of thirty years. The most significant period of this time, twenty one years, was spent as Director of IT for a large Canadian\/Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturer and Distributor.<\/p>

In this position Norman became directly involved in the selection, implementation and management of many complex systems related to IT Solutions to satisfy the Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Laboratory Information Management, Sales and Distribution, Finance Management, Business Intelligence and Global Reporting requirements of a fast paced and dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.<\/p>

In addition, Mr. Dash spent 5 years in an individual consulting capacity providing General IT services for small and medium sized companies<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Mario Cordoba<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mario Cordoba joined Abraxas in 2013. A results-driven Senior Manager with extensive experience leading people and project teams, implementation and overseeing technology programs and administering multimillion-dollar budgets. Twenty years of providing innovative solutions within Information Technology, Healthcare and Telecommunications internationally. Recently has strong expertise providing e-commerce solutions in the Healthcare sector. Initially worked in the U.S. for AT&T, Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies starting as a Systems Engineer and successfully moved up through the ranks to senior management positions with profit and loss responsibilities. In addition, possesses an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications in diverse market places.<\/p>

Most recently, he had the responsibility as the eHealth Solutions and Business Development Director and business development for a privately held Canadian health IT firm, successfully developed an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and received certification from Canadian and U.S. regulatory oversight agencies. As a consultant in Canada in the health sector he led the development and managed the implementation of several strategic provincial wide healthcare applications (the Ontario Laboratory Information Systems) \u2013 OLIS, Integrated Services for Children Information Systems ISCIS.<\/p>

As an executive at AT&T\/Lucent Technologies in the U.S. with P&L responsibility he facilitated the business expansion of its Medical Imaging Division and Automatic Backup and Recovery Systems and increased their revenues by 80% to over $50 million within its first three years of operations. Also during this period expanded business operations into Europe, Latin America, Japan and South Korea.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Carlyn Moulton<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Carlyn Moulton joined Abraxas in 2013. An energetic entrepreneur, she has founded and led the development of a number of organizations in sectors as diverse as television broadcasting, arts and culture, investigative journalism, community foundations, clinical laboratory restructuring, and health information technology.<\/p>

Most recently, she has had responsibility as Chief Strategy Officer and the Chief Business Development Officer for a privately held Canadian health IT firm. As a consultant in the health sector, she has collaborated with CEOs and CFOs of health focused IT firms in US north east and Midwest, with particular emphasis on preparation for the upcoming US transition to ICD-10 and clinical documentation improvement initiatives. She has also provided advisory services to Syngraffi Inc., an innovative Canadian technology company with a patent portfolio with relevance to the financial and health sectors.<\/p>

She has participated in large change management initiatives with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the Mayo Clinic, the Capital Health Authority (Edmonton) and the Alberta Ministry of Health and Wellness. She served as an advisor to the Romanow Commission on the Future of Health Care in Canada, the Commissioner for the Environment and Sustainable Development, and the Alberta provincial Deputy Minister of health. At the request of the Canadian Institute of Health Information, she chaired the National Electronic Claims Standards committee, comprised of all ministries of Health, federal health agencies, and national representatives for all health providers and private sector insurers. Formerly, she has provided strategic communications services to the Ottawa Hospital, Canada\u2019s Chief Scientist (Health Canada), the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the Social Sciences and Research Council of Canada and the RCMP.<\/p>

In 1999,\u00a0she founded THiiNC Information Management and served as the CEO and member of the Board of Directors until 2002.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
